1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using baisajaipur.in, placing an order, or interacting with The Baisa through any channel (website, WhatsApp, social media), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. Minors may purchase only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.
3. Products & Handcraft Disclaimer All products sold by The Baisa are handcrafted at our Sanganer studio using traditional handloom, hand-block printing, and artisanal techniques. Minor variations in colour, print placement, weave texture, and block irregularities are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects. Product images are representative; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Availability All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders, and correct typographical or pricing errors.
5. Orders & Fulfilment Orders placed before 11:30 AM IST on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 AM IST are dispatched the next working day. Made-to-order and custom-stitched pieces require 7–10 working days. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or force majeure events.
6. Payment We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) up to ₹4,999. A COD handling fee of ₹49 may apply. All online transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments and authorised payment gateways.
7. Intellectual Property All content on baisajaipur.in — including text, images, logos, designs, product photographs, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Consulting Crew / The Baisa. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. User Conduct You agree not to: misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems; scrape, copy, or harvest data; place fraudulent orders; submit abusive, defamatory, or false reviews; or use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
9. Third-Party Integrations & Apps Our website uses third-party services including Shopify, payment gateways, shipping partners (Delhivery, Bluedart), analytics tools, and marketing platforms. By using our website, you acknowledge that these third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability The Baisa's liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
