Return & Refund Policy — The Baisa

We want every Baisa piece to fit and feel just right. If something isn't perfect, here's how we'll make it right.

1. RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging with all tags intact, and accompanied by the original invoice.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
WhatsApp +91 81073 36843 or email care@baisajaipur.in with your order number, photos, and reason. Approved returns are picked up by our courier partner (Delhivery / Bluedart) within 2–4 business days.

3. RETURN SHIPPING & DEDUCTION
A flat ₹99 reverse-pickup fee is deducted from your refund. For self-ship returns, please share the courier AWB with us.

4. INSPECTION
All returns are inspected on camera at our Sanganer studio. Used, washed, damaged, scented, or altered items will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.

5. REFUND
Once approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery refunds go to your provided UPI / bank account. You may also choose store credit (valid 12 months) for the full amount with no ₹99 deduction.

6. EXCHANGES
Size and colour exchanges (subject to availability) are free of reverse-pickup charges, one-time per order.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom-stitched, altered, blouse-stitched, fall-pico done, dupatta tasseled, gift cards, innerwear, and clearance / final-sale items.

8. DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM
Received something damaged or incorrect? Share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of cost or issue a 100% refund.
