Shipping Policy — The Baisa

1. WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship pan-India through Delhivery and Bluedart. International shipping is available on request — please WhatsApp +91 81073 36843 for a custom quote.

2. PROCESSING TIME
Ready-to-ship orders placed before 11:30 AM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 AM are dispatched the next working day. Made-to-order / custom-stitched pieces require 7–10 working days before dispatch.

3. DELIVERY TIME
• Express Delhivery: 1-3 business days — ₹150 (FREE on orders ₹1,499 and above)
• Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days — ₹100 (FREE on orders ₹1,499 and above)
Remote pin-codes may take 2–3 additional days.

4. TRACKING
An AWB tracking link is sent over WhatsApp + email at dispatch. You can also track via My Account → Orders.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available on orders up to ₹4,999. A small COD handling fee of ₹99 may apply at checkout.

6. UNDELIVERED / RTO
If a courier attempts delivery 2–3 times unsuccessfully (wrong address, customer unreachable, COD refusal), the parcel is returned to our Sanganer studio. Repeated RTO COD customers may be restricted to prepaid only on future orders.

7. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please record an unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
