Shipping Returns Policy
- Domestic (India): Standard delivery within 5–7 business days via Delhivery. Free shipping on orders above ₹1499.
- International: Delivery within 10–15 business days. Customs duties, if any, are to be borne by the customer.
- Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Made-to-order plus sizes (3XL–8XL) dispatch in 3–5 days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across India.
Returns & Exchanges
At The Baisa, we take great pride in our quality. However, if you are not satisfied:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition with tags intact.
- Exchanges: We offer one free size exchange per order.
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after the quality check at our Jaipur studio.

If a package is returned to us because of address issues or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
