Exchange Policy
Size and colour exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability, for items that are:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice
How to Request an Exchange
WhatsApp us at +91 81073 36843 or email care@baisajaipur.in with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and your preferred size/colour. Our team will confirm availability within 1 business day.
Exchange Process
- Approved exchanges are picked up by our courier partner (Delhivery / Bluedart) within 2–4 business days.
- Reverse pickup for exchanges is free of charge (one-time per order).
- Replacement is dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Custom-stitched or altered garments
- Blouse-stitched, fall-pico done, or dupatta tasseled items
- Gift cards
- Innerwear
- Clearance / final-sale items
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
Please record an unboxing video and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Handcraft Note
All The Baisa garments are handcrafted at our Sanganer studio using traditional handloom and hand-block printing techniques. Minor variations in colour, print placement, and weave texture are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects eligible for exchange.

If the replacement item is in stock, we will move forward as soon as the exchange is approved. In some cases, we may offer a different option if the original item is unavailable. Please note that customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is needed because of an error on our side or a defective product.
